Evolent’s relationship with your plan is built on shared success. Through our new Product Advisory Council, we’re extending this spirit of cooperation into our solution- and product-planning process. We’d like to invite you to join a select group of client executives and help us shape our solutions and products, to deliver the most meaningful impact.

Council members can help steer how Evolent supports health plans — and their members and providers — across complex health conditions.  

  • Offer direct input into overall solution strategy, as well as prioritization of work
  • Opportunity for early access to new features and capabilities for your health plan   
  • Benefit from the insights and perspectives of fellow health plan executives, as well as Evolent leaders

 

What’s expected? 

Rest assured that this is a small commitment with the potential for significant impact.  

  • Commit for a one-year term, which can be renewed twice (3-year max) 
  • Join two private calls annually to provide feedback on Evolent’s solution strategy and product roadmap 
  • Participate in an annual strategic alignment discussion with the Evolent team and other council members. 

What kinds of topics will council members discuss? 

We’re excited to share – and solicit feedback on - our innovation concepts and also hear ideas from council members. Potential discussion areas include:   

  • Next-generation UM that retains clinical rigor and value delivery while reducing provider abrasion  
  • Comprehensive condition management that harnesses multiple levers – next-generation UM, provider alignment, and patient engagement – to drive improved outcomes  
  • Quantifying provider abrasion associated with prior authorization across all specialties and measuring improvements 
  • Impactful quality metrics that measure what matters most to members 
  • Leveraging generative AI in a responsible manner to reduce inefficiencies, improve provider and member experience, and support clinical decision-making  
  • Patient navigation programs that engage members to follow the most optimal care journey and that aligns with their preferences  
  • Interoperability and data exchange that best supports health plan and provider needs while aligning with new standards
